* Accepts property complaints against landlords.

* Assists with landlord/tenant problems.

* Informs landlord of violations.

* Informs Housing Unit at DSS.  Housing Unit has the ability to withhold rent for tenants who are on public assistance whose landlords refuse to fix property after a reasonable amount of time.
  • Clients referred to their Neighborhood Service Center for specific assistance
