Provides health services to adults at no cost, including: Walk-in treatment for medical issues, including foot ulcers, urgent hypertension, injuries and wounds. Access to a community social worker who can assist with information about free cancer screening, and insurance information. Physical exams, including health assessments for work and PPD (tuberculosis test).

Clients should plan on being contacted by phone at the scheduled appointment time by their Navigator. If anyone needs additional assistance or has questions about any particular applicant they should contact Cynthia Wagner on her office line at 328-5190 ext. 7562.

Congregate nutrition sites at Boyle, Mercy, Stryker, and Schwarts Towers apartment buildings are closed, but registered congregate participants 60 and over can still request a daily meal.
