• Provides confidential treatment designed to reduce symptoms, improve patient functioning, and to provide on-going support. Services include:
- Assessment and treatment planning.
- Individual, group and family therapies.
- Medication evaluation and prescribing.
- Symptom management.
- Care Management.
- Single Point of Access(SPOA).
- Assisted Outpatient Treatment(AOT).
- Crisis Intervention Services.
- Daytime Mobile Crisis Team.
Language Access
Eligibility: Residents of Cayuga County.
Application Process: Walk-in. Upon arrival, paperwork needs to be filled out and then patient is able to see available therapist. Call the crisis line for Mobile Crisis.
Required Documentation: Identification and insurance cards.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, Third party insurance, Sliding scale based on income.
Coverage Note: Cayuga County.
Languages: Translation services available.
