• Provides free access to sterile injection supplies, as well as free, safe disposal of used syringes.
• Offers naloxone (Narcan) training, safety planning, and risk reduction counseling.
• Linkage services (short-term case management) to HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and STI testing, as well as help accessing care, substance use treatment, and social services.

Application Process: Walk-in to the office in Utica.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego and St Lawrence Counties.
