- Individuals who have deafness or hearing impairments, blindness, or physical challenges.
• Offers a discount program for customers on public assistance.
- Deferred payment agreements.
• Provides third-party notification in case of illness or absence from home.

Eligibility: Call for information for specific services. Lifeline customers: Must receive some form of public assistance. SSI, HEAP recipients are also qualified.
