Children and Family Treatment and Support Services

Eligibility: Birth to age twenty one. Covered by Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care Plan. Have a mental health diagnosis or at risk of developing a mental health diagnosis.

Application Process: Referrals can be made by emailing: cftss.intake@cayugacenters.org.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Medicaid, Medicaid Manage Care Plan.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Cayuga, Seneca, Tompkins, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady Counties.
